Happy Brithday Jon!!!!
September 28th was Jon's Birthday. He turned 32 and he looks great!!! We had a really fun day. It started with taking the birthday boy out to breakfast at Ihop. After that I scheduled him a massage since he has been working so hard training for the tri that he did. That night Debi watched the kids and we went to dinner and a movie. Jon loves movies I mean really who doesn't. We had a great time hanging out. We love you Jon you are the best dad and such a great husband. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to our family.
Jon did a triathlon in St. George, with my uncle scott and with Reg we stayed at Scott and Becky's house we had a great time. When we got there on Friday we just hung out and relaxed. Becky cooked a really good spaghetti casserole it was fabulous. on Saturday we got up early and went to sand Hallow to watch the guys compete in there tri. They all did a great job. Jon took second in his age group and tenth overall. Great job Jon you are amazing!!! After the Tri we went to breakfast and then Scott and Becky took us out on there boat, it was so nice to hang out on the beach and do a little tubing on the boat. I am considering doing this same tri next year, we will see!!

Brinkley is growing so fast she is now 19 pounds and 8 and a half months old. She has just figured out how to crawl. She will no longer keep bows in her hair, so I am just glad that she has enough hair to put clips in it. She is not a fan of the carseat and if you take something from her she will let you know that she is not happy about it!
We went to my moms and we had a great time. Wyatt was paid in full with starburst for smiling in all of these pictures. We went to my aunt Julies and had a hot dog roast, and Wyatt was able to feed the chickens he thought that was really neat. Brinkley love it too as you can see she is seriously the happiest baby just look at the smile. Thanks mom for all of your hospitatlity we had so much fun, I wish we could visit more often!!
We finally went camping it was a dream come true for Jon. We did have a great time! Wyatt loved it he thought it was the greatest thing ever to sleep in a tent and roast marshmallows. I mean really what could be better for a two year old. We went to Mirror lake and hiked around it was so pretty and the weather was perfect!
Me, Brandi, and Danielle had the bright idea that after we had our babies we would run a half marathon, and of course we all said this when we were pregnant. We trained and trained for the whole summer to be able to run 13 miles (who does that)!! We signed up for the half marathon in Rexburg because we thought oh that will be great it won't be so hot, and it just happened to be the hottest weekend of the year. Well we did it is all I can say. I am not so sure I will ever do it again, but I am proud to say I ran a half marathon!!!
We took Wyatt and Brinkley on a little hike around silver lake. Wyatt is always asking to go up into the mountains. He is just like Jon. We packed a lunch and walked half way around the lake and found a little spot to eat. Jon taught Wyatt how to feed the squirrels and they were like rats, they were everywhere and they are not afraid of you. They will crawl right into your cooler if you let them. So note to self do not feed the wild animals!!
